We now have a dedicated Auckland based support team who can work with you to troubleshoot and determine if there is a hardware fault with your device. Once confirmed, a replacement unit will be sent out for Next Business Day delivery.
Replacement devices are being dispatched from our Auckland warehouse, meaning prompt delivery with minimal disruption to your business.
How it Works
If you have purchased a Surface Pro, Surface Laptop, or Surface Book 2 with an Extended Warranty with NBD Replacement, and it is outside of the Ingram Micro 30 day DOA period, you can call 0800 024 458 or email email@example.com with the below details:
- Unit Model and Serial Number
- Contact Name
- Email Address
- Contact Phone Number
- Business Address
- Date of Failure
- Description of Problem
Our representative will work with you to troubleshoot and determine if there is a hardware fault. If a hardware fault is confirmed, then an RA authorization slip will be emailed and a replacement unit will be dispatched from our warehouse with a return courier label. All replacement orders keyed by 1PM NZST, Monday through Friday, will be dispatched for next business day delivery.*
Upon receipt of the replacement unit, please print out the RA authorization slip, and ship it with the original unit using the courier label provided. Once the faulty unit has been received, all remaining warranty will be transferred to your replacement device.
