The partners are categorized into 3 levels, which include access to pre-sales and post-sales support as well as marketing materials and training. Partner levels naturally require corresponding commitments with great benefits.

Exclusive Pricing

By joining the Dealer Partner Program you are entitled to special pricing discounts from your distribution partner, keeping you steps ahead of your competition. This helps to enhance your profitability or to secure a price sensitive project.

Volume Discount and Growth Incentive

The volume discount is based on your annual purchase level and is negotiated directly with your authorised distributor. The growth incentive is to be set according to your annual commited target considering absolute sales
volume and growth. The incentive will only be given upon achieving of defined target.

Warranty

Extended Warranty at No Cost on select Dahua CCTV Products. (Consult Appendix 1 in your DPP Contract for full details). Product quality, reliability and support are the biggest concerns for you and your customers. As a member of the Dealer Partner program you get complimentary extended warranties as on select product ranges as detailed in your DPP agreement.

Project Registration

To help successfully close prospective business opportunities, partners at all levels of the program may be entitled to additional pricing assistance for large projects. Different discount levels could be granted for our program members according to different project sizes.

Free Training

We understand that training is critical at any partner level. Dahua empowers our partners by providing hands-on training resources. Partners will receive notifications of training events in their area as well as regional and national events.

Project Support & Technical Support

Dahua is commited to providing Dahua Certified Partners with solutions their customers can rely on and the support they require. For the different levels of
customers, Dahua will provide the corresponding project support and technical support.


As a Dealer Partner you may request marketing assistance for special projects as well as for ongoing needs. Available marketing collateral includes the Dahua logo, branded signage, product brochures, product catalogs and more. When there’s Dahua news, you’ll hear about it first. You’ll receive news about special sales promotions, events, and technology updates. You will also receive Dahua’s monthly Dealer Partner e-newsletter, which keeps you updated with latest successful stories and about the newest products.


Our dedicated Dahua team supports resellers with business development, technical support and product management. We are providing resellers with the capability to offer full end-to-end security solutions without requiring internal specialists.
